Two of Shakespeare's popular
playas were on view at different venues in the capital this past week.

"Sponsors are hard to get in Delhi for serious plays." said Lushin well-known in Delhi theatre circles as the director of Kids World. She wanted to poplariese Shakespeare among the corporate houses and adopted an innovative strategy of inviting big-wigs to their shows of "Measure to Measure" last year.
They liked the production and Lushin along with Meenakshi Das went round
asking for sponsorship. "What you need is doggedness and if you are persuasive
enough there is a silver lining somewhere." Says Lushin.
Lushin is a polished actress apart from being a producer / director.
The acting honours go to Lushin followed by Arjun
Raina as Macbeth.
